My coaching programs for children are governed by the WISDOM System for Coaching Children from Adventures in Wisdom. This system employs a story-based coaching model for children, utilizing fun and engaging programs to provide children with the tools and resources required to become leaders of their own lives by taking full responsibility for their journey.
The programs focus on empowering children through a fun and engaging learning experience. The sessions are not only enjoyable, but they also teach valuable skills and provide actionable steps for the children to take. We believe in teaching through storytelling. Rather than discussing sensitive or challenging situations face to face, which can be extremely uncomfortable for young children, we read stories to initiate discussions. This approach helps children feel more relaxed and less scrutinized. We call it "teaching without preaching" or "learning without lecturing."
The WISDOM System for Coaching Children comprises five distinct coaching programs, instructing children on twenty-seven mindset skills to foster happiness, confidence, and success.

Identify who you want to be and what you want for your life with InnerPower
With InnerPower, kids develop their inner compass – their inner guidance system for who they want to be in the world. They develop core values of self-leaders including self-responsibility, integrity, respect, and self-respect; learn a 4-step process for making good decisions; and learn how to say no to peer pressure and yes to themselves.
Overcome obstacles and Manage the ups and downs of growing up with Slaying Dragons
Slaying Dragons helps kids handle the “tough stuff” and build resilience. They learn M how to move through fear and create courage; pick themselves up again after mistakes, disappointment or failure; avoid conditional thinking; and embrace change, so they can handle anything that comes their way.
Dream big, live with purpose, and make it happen with DreamPower
With DreamPower children learn how to create a vision for their lives so that they live life with intention versus drifting through life. They learn how to use goal setting to turn their vision into action and how to use the Law of Attraction tools of Visualization, Affirmations, and Gratitude to “program” their mind for success.

Meet The Coach
"Meet Jahseen a multifaceted teacher, author, and children's empowerment life coach. who is the Founder of TEN (Teach Empower Nurture) Coaching company. With 9 years’ experience as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Educator. She has built a mission-driven online coaching company, transforming the lives of neurodivergent individuals.
As a certified WISDOM adult and children’s mindset and empowerment coach, she aims to transform as many children and families as possible to shift their mindsets from poor self-confidence, low self-esteem and severe anxiety into courageous individuals.
This is established through 12 one to one or group high-impact sessions. As a fully qualified SEN primary teacher, she utilises highly engaging educational coaching curricula, bringing a balance of coaching, teaching, mindset, and practical actions to implement at home for both parents and children.
